I am a wife and a mom of three kiddos, a little girl and two boys.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and while going through my three pregnancies, I realized there was a lack of support and education in the strength training world for pregnant women. I hope to bridge the gap and pumped we're on this journey together. Let's dive in!
